Sean likes to keep his focus centered on seasonal cooking. He’s always strived to attain a better understanding of how cuisine develops all the way from the dirt to the plate.
Sean is excited to be a part of the Snow Eater Brewing Company team, because he is in the presence of like minded individuals who’s sole focus is growth. Be on the lookout for future beer dinners at their location in Liberty Lake, as the team plans on building a new kitchen and helping elevate the food scene in the area.
