Scott Siff, originally from Ft Lauderdale, Florida, is an Ethan Stowell Restaurant (ESR) veteran. Prior to Tavolata Spokane, Scott Siff opened Wolf with Ethan Stowell Restaurants in New York City in 2019, Cortina in downtown Seattle in 2018 and was the Chef at Tavolata Capitol Hill for 2 years.
He graduated from Culinary School in 2012 with a Bachelors in Restaurant Management from Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island. After school, Chef Scott worked in Boston for 5 years at Westbridge restaurant and Clio before moving to Seattle and joining the ESR team.
Outside of work, Scott loves to see live music and movies, trying local restaurants and working on the garden for his house he recently bought in Spokane.
Chef Scott is most excited to meet and hang out with so many of the talented Chefs at Crave. He believes it is incredibly important for Chefs/restaurants to support one another and Crave is a perfect example of just that. Chef Scott wants you to try his dish, Lamb Arrosticini, because it is delicious! The concept of some sort of protein on a skewer is an essential part of culinary culture, and this is Italy’s example of that. High quality charcoal, high quality lamb, and a simple garlic and rosemary marinade is what makes this one a winner!
