Trevor Stratton

Trevor Stratton was born in Spokane and has worked in the culinary industry since he was 16 years old. After graduating from INCA, he started working at Beverly’s in The Coeur d’Alene Resort and ended up staying there for three years. Eventually, he moved on to The Wandering Table where he worked his way up from a line cook to Sous Chef and eventually to Chef du Cuisine. After eight years as the Chef du Cuisine for The Wandering Table, he transitioned to the Chef du Cuisine of Baba Spokane.
