Michael Durbin

Michael has been our Chef de Cuisine for the past 4 years. Before his experience at MAX, he was the Executive Chef at Ginger restaurant located in historic downtown Anchorage, Alaska. He also had stints working at other Alaskan restaurants such as: Orso, Kincaid Grill, Suite 100 and Sacks Café and Restaurant where he learned a variety of styles and techniques. He is well-trained in classic and contemporary French, Italian, Pacific Rim and Asian Fusion cooking.
