Chef Russell Seaman is a Spokane native and graduate of INCA at Spokane Community College. Since graduating he has been the man behind the curtain at some of Spokane’s finest restaurants. He began his journey with Anthony’s in 2014 as a Sous Chef and moved his career to Coeur d’Alene in 2017 to become the Chef at Dockside. He returned to Anthony’s at Spokane Falls as Chef in September of 2020. He credits his culinary success to a strong belief in making every meal a special occasion, and building a great team through trust and development.
