Cody Crouch was born in Modesto, CA, and raised in Post Falls, ID. In his 12 years in the culinary world, he has worked at many local establishments, including Crafted Taphouse + Kitchen, Twigs Bistro, Vine & Olive, Seasons of Coeur d’Alene, and Gozzer Ranch Golf and Lake Club. He attended the NIC Culinary Program in 2011 and has focused his culinary experience in Upscale Dining. He currently works as the Sous Chef for Republic Kitchen and Taphouse. Cory is a father of five children and has a passion for vintage Volkswagens and a love for the indoors.
