About the Application
Fill out the application and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by filling out the application you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
- Covered Tent
- 1 draped table (2 if requested)
- Water pitcher & dump bucket
- Power if requested
- 2 Representative Badges for workers at event
- Chef/Vendor lounge during all three days of event
- Badge access to all Crave! events during the week
- Refrigerated truck
- Ice
- Identifying sign
- Product to sample during each event | up to 1,000
- Representative to pour
- Sample size: Beer, Cider, Seltzer – 2-4oz samples, Wine – 2oz samples; Spirits – 1oz samples
- Service begins at 5pm | Service ends at 9pm
- Load-In begins at noon. If you need earlier access contact us.
If more than one day then bring 2 half barrel kegs or 30 cases of cans. Spirits: 1 oz samples or in a mixed drink. Mixed drinks go very quickly.

To comply with Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board regulations, all bottle sales must be processed through our nonprofit store. Vendors only need to bring their Square equipment; we will provide guest login credentials for our nonprofit Square account.
All sales will be processed through our account, and funds will be deposited directly to our nonprofit. After the event, you will receive a check for your total bottle sales, minus a 10% charitable allocation retained by the JAKT Foundation.
