Mangia Catering is owned and operated by Tim Mitchell and his wife Erica. Tim has been cooking since he was a young boy and strives to lead his team to impress every client with delicious, hand-crafted food.
Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to the wedding and event industry from his 8 years of “hands on, get it done” experience. Tim started Mangia Catering out of his home kitchen and has grown it into the reputable company it is known as today. He continues to look forward to building deeper relationships with his clients, colleagues and the community. His favorite part of weddings and events is witnessing all of the details come to life, making a memorable event, and lasting impression for his clients.
Tim’s proudest achievements in life is his faith and family. Tim’s highest title and honor held is husband to his beautiful wife, Erica, and father, to his three beautiful children Ezekiel, Emma and Evelyn.
