Nate Sanford

Born and raised in Spokane, Nate jumped in a van when he was seventeen, traveled the country awhile, then ended up falling in love with New Orleans, Louisiana. It was there that he started taking cooking seriously, and has stayed in love with the South, it’s culture, and southern cooking ever since.

He moved back to Spokane in 2012, but has always kept his passion for Southern food. Was super excited to be hired as the Sous Chef at Casper Fry in 2016, so he can continue to create the food he loves to eat.
