CRAVE NW is a unique culinary event that showcases the creative talents of visionary chefs from around the country and region and highlight the flavors of the great Northwest. All ticketed events are walk-around tasting events. The events are also all -inclusive and do not require additional purchase for tastings once at the event.

Smart Casual and comfortable shoes. All of the events will take place outdoors with the exception of the main chef demo stage and the classes.
The schedule will be posted on our website as the 2018 event schedule is announced. You can attend one, a few or all of the events. The choice is up to you!
There are four main dinner/meal events:
Thursday Night 6-9PM
Friday Night 6-9PM
Saturday Night 6-9PM
Brunch Sunday time TBD
Grand Tastings (food festival with alcohol):
Saturday and Sunday from 1-5pm the Grand Tasting and demonstrations by our celebrity chefs take place.
Classes will be announced as we are closer to the event date.
An event ticket covers all food and beverage consumed at the event. No additional purchases required. No gratuity required.
All Crave tickets are available directly at CraveNW.com when we announce the 2018 events. There is a big price break if tickets are purchased online. Events are limited numbers so chefs can serve enough tastings to those attending. Tickets will be available at the door but at full price.
No all sales are final.
No all events will go on rain or shine. All events are outside with the exception of the main chef demo stage and classes.
All events except the Brunch are 21 and over.
No, only licensed service animals are allowed.
We cannot guarantee that participating chefs and restaurants will prepare dishes without common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. Many of the chefs are more than happy to accommodate if able at the event if you request before they plate your food
