CRAVE NW is a unique culinary event that showcases the creative talents of visionary chefs from around the country and region and highlight the flavors of the great Northwest. All 10+ ticketed events are walk-around tasting events. The events are also all -inclusive and do not require additional purchase for tastings once at the event.

Smart Casual and comfortable shoes. Most of the events will take place outdoors. The demo stage presentations during Grand Tastings will be indoors as well as the classes.
The schedule is posted on our website under EVENTS. You can go to one, a few or all of the events. The choice is up to you!
There are four main events:
Seafood Bash – Thursday Night 6-9PM
World Street Food Carnivale – Friday Night 6-9PM
Fire & Smoke – Saturday Night 6-9PM
Friday and Saturday from noon-5pm the Grand Tasting and demonstrations by our celebrity chefs take place.
Chef After Parties:
Thursday, Friday & Saturday after the main events you have an opportunity to rub elbows with the regional and celebrity chefs and winemakers from 9:30-11pm
Jeremiah Tower: The Last Magnificent is showing on Saturday at noon. You can event meet the chef in person. Then attend the Grand Tasting until 5pm.
Riedel Wine Glass Tasting class from noon-1:15 on Saturday. Includes admission to the Grand Tasting until 5pm.
An event ticket covers all food and beverage consumed at the event. No additional purchases required. No gratuity required.
All Crave tickets are available directly at CraveNW.com/tickets. There is a big price break if tickets are purchased online. Events are limited numbers so chefs can serve enough tastings to those attending. Tickets will be available at the door but at full price.

All events except the Father’s Day Brunch are 21 and over.
No, only licensed service animals are allowed.
We cannot guarantee that participating chefs and restaurants will prepare dishes without common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.
