We’re kicking off Crave Northwest with a luxurious dinner celebration of fresh fish, shellfish, caviar & champagne. Meishi Oysters from Samish Bay, Idaho Springs Foods Caviar & Smoked Sturgeon, steelhead from the Columbia River and Alaskan sockeye salmon. In addition to 15 chefs serving up their best tastes inspired by the seas we have pairings with wineries, breweries and spirits. Vote for the “Best of Crave” beer!
