Crave NW – Food & Drink Celebration presented by the City of Spokane Valley

CRAVE NW ANNOUNCES PARTICIPATING CHEFS & TICKET INFORMATION FOR INAUGURAL JUNE 15-18 SPOKANE VALLEY CULINARY EVENT

CRAVE NW AT SPOKANE VALLEY, the Inland Northwest’s premier food and drink celebration, will be held June 15-18 at CenterPlace Regional Event Center, a state-of-the-art 54,000 square foot event facility at Mirabeau Point Park in Spokane Valley, Washington. Presented by the City of Spokane Valley, CRAVE NW is a unique culinary event that will showcase the creative talents of visionary chefs from around the region and highlight the flavors of the great Northwest. CRAVE NW’s Culinary Director, local chef and restauranteur Adam Hegsted (Wandering Table, Gilded Unicorn, Yards Bruncheon), and Vision Marketing, CRAVE NW’s production and management partner, have recently announced key event details, including participating chefs, schedule highlights, and ticket information.

In addition to an impressive lineup of award-winning regional chefs and culinary professionals, a series of special appearances and events featuring highly acclaimed, internationally recognized chefs will be presented as part of the CRAVE NW inaugural weekend of festivities. At the CRAVE GRAND TASTINGS (Friday & Saturday, $40), sample chef-prepared dishes, taste artisan foods samplings, sip offerings from wineries, breweries and craft-drink providers and see demonstrations from the CRAVE International Chefs Forum. Additional special CRAVE events include a sumptuous SEAFOOD BASH (Thursday, $85), a global carnivale-themed STREET FOODS MARKET (Friday, $65), an extravagant FIRE & SMOKE BBQ (Saturday $65), with tribal entertainment provided by The Coeur d’Alene Tribe & Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort, and a home-style, family-friendly FATHERS DAY BRUNCH (Sunday, $45). Special package pricing is available, as are substantial tickets discounts through June 1. All CRAVE events are 21+, except the Father’s Day Brunch.
