CRAVE NW AT SPOKANE VALLEY, the Inland Northwest’s premier food and drink celebration, will be held June 15-18 at CenterPlace Regional Event Center, a state-of-the-art 54,000 square foot event facility at Mirabeau Meadows Park in Spokane Valley, Washington. Presented by the City of Spokane Valley, CRAVE NW is a unique culinary event that will showcase the creative talents of visionary chefs from around the region and highlight the flavors of the great Northwest. CRAVE NW’s Culinary Director, local chef and restaurateur Adam Hegsted (Wandering Table, Gilded Unicorn, Yards Bruncheon), and Vision Marketing, CRAVE NW’s production and management partner, have recently announced key event details, including participants, schedule specifics, and ticket information.

In addition to an impressive lineup of award-winning regional chefs and culinary professionals, a series of special appearances and events featuring highly acclaimed, internationally recognized chefs will be presented as part of the CRAVE NW inaugural weekend of festivities. A wide array of chef-prepared food samplings will be complemented by offerings from regional wineries, breweries, cocktail mixologists, and craft-drink providers. Specialty food purveyors will also provide individual tastings, with a focus on fresh, farm-to-table offerings and products from around the Northwest.

About Chef Adam Hegsted

CRAVE NW’s Culinary Director and creative visionary Adam Hegsted is a proud Inland Pacific Northwest native and graduate of Northwest Culinary Academy and Art Institute of Seattle. As owner of Eat Good Group, which features a wide array of restaurants in Spokane as well as Le Catering Company, Hegsted has acquired his culinary inspiration from the bounty of the surrounding region, as well as seasonal cuisine and nostalgic foods from his past. A 2016 James Beard Award regional semifinalist, Hegsted was honored to be invited to cook as part of the James Beard Foundation’s Dinner, as well as participate in the Food Network’s SOBE Wine & Food Festival in Miami, and Star Chefs International Chef Congress in New York. Hegsted has received numerous national and international accolades, including being named one of the best chefs in the nation by BestChefAmerica.com, Innovator of the Year by the National Beef Council, Catalyst Magazine’s Top 50 Most Powerful People in Region, and United Fresh’s National Innovator Award.
